The Quick Cancel Guarantee benefits the seller in many ways that make listing your home risk-free and a superior option to other listing agents’ services.
As part of our Satisfaction Guarantee, if at any time we have not met the commitments outlined in that guarantee or as outlined in the listing agreement, we agree that we will cancel your listing agreement with us upon your written or oral request.
Unless your property is already under contract with a buyer and as long as the cancellation is not requested to avoid paying a commission for a buyer found during the term of the listing.
